A rough piece of Siltstone carving stone known here as Goanna stone from Mount Isa, Queensland.
Piece stands 125 high x 120 x 41 mm and weighs 880 grams. Is free standing as the base has been cut as can be seen in the picture.

Zebrastone rough, a very popular carving Sillstone from Newry Station in the Northern Territory. Age is around 670 Myo and was falsely recorded earlier as being much older.
Piece measures 365 x 195 x 98 mm and weighs 7.304 Kilograms.

A very nice polished Zebrastone. Polished to a matt finish. It is from Newry Station in the Northern Territory and is formed in the same way as the Kununurra Zebrastone
as per Northern Territory Department of Mines. The old cracks in the material have refilled with Silica as can be seen in the second picture by the flash reflection on the Silica.
Piece measures 203 mm tall x 74 x 47 mm and weighs 602 Grams. Age is around 670 Myo and was earlier thought to be much older.
