Iolite, also known as Cordierite or Water Sapphire. Polished freeform pendant stone. It is rare as it is Chatoyant but even rarer is the Red Chatoyancy

due to the inclussions of Hematite. Piece measures 32 x 15 x 5 mm and weighs 6 Grams.

Polished Polyhedral Quartz. The Green lines appear to be Epidote coloured Quartzite.

Sample is from Mount Isa, Queensland. It measures 75 x 55 x 36 mm and weighs 164 Grams. Polyhedrons of this size are very rare from this location.

Chrysocola. Natural piece with a polished face, also contains Malachite and Tenorite, from the Mount Glorious mine at Cloncurry in North West Queensland.

It is standing freely in the upright picture, measures 55 mm high x 45 x 25 and weighs 88 grams.

There are cracks within and it is priced accordingly.
