     Aussieminerals - Postage and FAQs    

Firstly-  I am very sorry for our costly Post service but we have little choice in this country when it comes to posting options.

 There is no one post price for any location, except for satchels in Australia, Paypal cannot calculate postage in checkout due to the many  variants.

If you choose to use Paypal without the post added, it is OK as I will simply calculate post and send on to you a Paypal invoice for post.

If you wish to pay by any other method. You most certainly can. Just email me with your option.

Post destinations - I post to anywhere in the World.

IN AUSTRALIA only- A parcel up to 500 grams to anywhere in Australia is AU $6.50. A parcel up to 3 Kilograms to anywhere in Australia is AU $10.

All parcel over 3 Kilograms are calculated at the post calculator at Australia post using standard post boxes www1.auspost.com.au/pac/

OVERSEAS All postage is calculated at Australia Post website www1.auspost.com.au/pac/  including a $3 P/P fee to pay our costs. We do not profit from post.

If you do not know the correct amount for postage, please ask me for a quote due to the many post rate variations.

We only charge the post office rates plus a $3 P/P fee for parcel over 3 Kg in Australia as we need to purchase post boxes.
 

All items on the website can be purchased at my retail store in Miles street, Mount Isa by simply quoting the item number.

Currency - All prices on this site are in Australian Dollars. If you would like a invoice converted to your currency
 it will be converted at the rate at the time invoice is created. Conversion rates can be checked at www.xe.com

Payment methods

Overseas customers - can only use Paypal, where you can safely use your credit or debit card, even if you do not have a Paypal account.
You can also pay a Paypal invoice by Direct deposit from your Bank account.  Definitely no bank transfers overseas. Banks here overcharge.

Australian buyers - can pay by any of these methods.  Direct deposit (preferred method), Postal order, Cheque, COD, or Paypal.

Insurance - Insurance is available by request only. I have never had a parcel lost yet. So it is your choice at your expense.
